Our team of Pharmacists and Patient Care Coordinators have extensive experience in providing access to specialty medications and helping patients navigate through complex financial requirements, often finding financial assistance programs available through manufacturer programs and private foundations to help reduce the out of pocket cost for specialty medications.
We believe that Patient Education is the key to improving patient health outcomes
LeMed Specialty Pharmacy provides patient education on an ongoing basis: during the intake process, upon start of new therapy and through regular personal monthly reassessment calls.
